full range of motion

ATG (Athletic Truth Group), is a training modality also known as “Knees Over Toes.” This training style is renowned globally for its effectiveness for those who suffer from knee, ankle, hip, spine, and shoulder issues.

ATG promotes “full range of motion” as a means of increasing athleticism, mobility, and general ability. It’s a scalable system fit for everyone from Olympians to senior citizens and those recovering from injuries. ATG employs systems like sled, reverse walking, tibialis raises, long-range lunges, long-range upper body pushing and pulling, various back bends and back extensions, and more. It can be life-changing and have long-lasting effects on physical ability.

ATG FAQ

  • ATG stands for Athletic Truth Group, and it’s all about getting your joints strong through their full range of motion. The knees-over-toes thing helps improve flexibility, reduce pain, and build serious long-term strength—especially in your knees, hips, and ankles.

  • Nope, but it can take practice and training. If you ease into it with the right form, letting your knees go over your toes can actually protect your joints. It’s all about control, not forcing it.

  • Nope! ATG is for all levels. Whether you’re dealing with aches, bouncing back from an injury, or just getting back into movement, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build up safely.

  • Most programs avoid deep joint work or skip muscles like your tibialis (that muscle by your shin). ATG focuses on those often-ignored spots to build strength from the ground up—literally.

  • Our members typically notice improved mobility, less joint pain, and stronger movement patterns—especially in the knees, hips, and back. It’s not about short-term gains; it’s about building a body that lasts.

  • Absolutely! In fact, ATG was developed by someone who overcame chronic knee pain. We’ll guide you through progressions safely and make sure you’re building strength without aggravating old injuries.
